Adore Cosmetics Opens Two New Luxury Boutiques in Canada
Adore Cosmetics is ending the year in part with the celebratory opening of two new boutiques in British Columbia’s Tsawwassen Mills and Oshawa Centre in Ontario, Canada this fall.
The boutique at Tsawwassen Mills is 1,000 sq. ft. in size and opened on October 5 as part of the outlet center’s much-anticipated grand opening; the center features stores from more than 180 marque retail brands. Ivanhoe Cambridge invested about $600 million in the development of this project built on Tsawwassen First Nations land.
Also in early October, Adore Cosmetics launched a 1,200 sq. ft. boutique at the Oshawa Centre in Ontario, concurrent with the mall’s $230 million expansion and redevelopment project reveal. The Oshawa Centre, also owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, is home to more than 250 high-profile tenants.
And earlier this year, in August, Adore Cosmetics launched an 850 sq. ft. store at Ottawa’s revitalized CF Rideau Centre, which also hosts various top-tier retailer locations.
